Refund and Returns Policy

At Brands By Abdullah, we want our customers to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Easy Returns Within 3 Days

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Not be worn, damaged, altered, or used

• Include its original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Be returned in the same condition in which it was received

2. Sale Items – No Return or Refund

All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Products purchased under a sale, discount, promotion, clearance offer, or special discounted price cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please make sure you are satisfied with the product before purchasing a sale item.

3. Non-Returnable Products

A return may not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or worn

• The product has been damaged by the customer

• The product has been altered or modified

• Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing

• The product is not in its original condition

• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

• The product was purchased as a sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance item

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Brands By Abdullah as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photos or a video of the product to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, simply contact us through WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Phone number

• Reason for return

• Photos or video of the product, if required

Our team will review your request and provide the necessary return instructions.

6. Return Delivery Charges

If the return is requested because of a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery charges.

If the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an issue on our part, Brands By Abdullah may cover the applicable return delivery charges.

7. Refunds

Brands By Abdullah currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD).

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund process will be discussed and arranged with the customer after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will only be processed for approved returns that meet the conditions of this policy.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

8. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to product availability.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another suitable solution.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may request a return according to this policy, provided the product is eligible for return.

10. Return Approval

Brands By Abdullah reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
